Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] invites tenderers to submit a tender, alone or in a collaboration, for:
Framework agreement for services within control, operation, maintenance and new acquisition of technical electrical low voltage systems in Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's] departments in Finnmark.
The tenderer must submit separate tenders in accordance with the division of the following geographic tender areas, see below.
The framework agreements apply for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's technical electrical low-voltage systems in the following tender areas (hereafter called ‘the facilities’/'the facility’).

A Kirkenes: GSV/Høybuktmoen and residences at Hesseng and in Kirkenes, Pasvik and Jarfjord main border stations, ‘Building/facilities at the northern and southern border’.
*(For any assignments on the border, with the exception of the main border stations, travel expenses can be accepted, see part III about travel)
B Porsangmoen and Halkavarre shooting and training range

The framework agreements will be valid for 2 (two) calendar years after the contract is signed, with an option to extend for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, a maximum of 4 (four) calendar years. If the framework agreement will have a longer duration than two years, the contract must be extended in writing by the contracting authority at the latest before the expiry date of the framework agreement.
