Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] invites tenderers to submit a tender, alone or in a collaboration, for:
Framework agreement for services within control, operation, maintenance and new acquisition of technical electrical low voltage systems in Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's] departments in Finnmark.
The tenderer must submit separate tenders in accordance with the division of the following geographic tender areas, see below.
The framework agreements apply for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's technical electrical low-voltage systems in the following tender areas (hereafter called ‘the facilities’/'the facility’).
Tender area Technical electrical low voltage systems on the sites
A Kirkenes: GSV/Høybuktmoen and residences at Hesseng and in Kirkenes, Pasvik and Jarfjord main border stations, ‘Building/facilities at the northern and southern border’.
*(For any assignments on the border, with the exception of the main border stations, travel expenses can be accepted, see part III about travel)
B Porsangmoen and Halkavarre shooting and training range

The framework agreements will be valid for 2 (two) calendar years after the contract is signed, with an option to extend for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, a maximum of 4 (four) calendar years. Estimert totalverdi: 64 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will primarily apply to hourly benefits as well as equipment and materials for operational services, service, maintenance and new installations.
The contracts under the framework agreements will be based on NS8406 and the dominant form of settlement will be cost-pus work, fixed price based on the framework agreement price level and installation prices for simple plant parts based on items from NS3420.

It is relevant to provide services for all electrical installations and systems as specified in the building parts table, NS 3451. This applies to systems and services (the list is not exhaustive):
Low current systems
Fire alarm system and electrical control system
Low voltage systems
Automation (only applies to connection of boards, installation of cables for automation etc. Other Central Control and Monitoring systems and building automation are not included in this framework agreement.

For later call-offs for services, all relevant chapters in NS 3420 W will be the subject of the framework agreement, with the restrictions named below where a number of services are provided through other framework agreements.
