The agreement applies to Statsbygg's owned and leased properties in area East.

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Directorate of Public Construction and Property has access to ventilation works, for both planned, ongoing and emergency works that arise in connection with operation and maintenance of the buildings.

The framework agreements will apply for the at any given time owned and leased properties in Statsbygg's own portfolio in the area East. An overview of the current property portfolio is available at www.statsbygg.no. During the contract period, individual properties may withdraw from the contract and properties of a corresponding geographical location may join. See www.statsbygg.no for an overview of the properties and their geographic location.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have adequate competence and professional qualifications for managing and assuring the quality of the assignment.

An overview of the available the professional qualifications in the managerial group and the key personnel that are responsible for the assignment.

Tenderers must have experience from assignments with a comparative value to this contract.

Comparative value is in this context defined as maintenance and reconstruction works for buildings that are completely or partially in operation the reference assignments must as a minimum substantiate experience in:

— service and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems.

A description shall be submitted for up to 3 reference projects with comparative value containing information on i.e.:

• the name of the project/contract;

• description of the assignment;

• type of building;

• the value of the assignment;

• date of completion.

The contracting authority and the name of contact person (this person may be contacted if needed) it must be stated whether the works have been executed by sub-contractors or the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not executed the works, the reference is not accepted as compliance with the qualification requirement. In such event the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the sub-tenderer that has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-tenderer that verifying compliance with the requirement.
