Lindesnes Municipality would like to enter into framework agreements for snow clearing and gritting for selected areas. The areas in question include the hire of machines with drivers and equipment for snow clearing or gritting, and snow removal on roads and open spaces that the contracting authority is responsible for.
Sub-contracts will be signed for a total of 17 areas. The estimated annual scope of the contract is NOK 4 million, with each snow clearing area having an estimated scope of NOK 150,000 - 300,000. The gritting area has an estimated annual scope of NOK 1,000,000. The contract will be valid for services up to NOK 2 million per snow clearing area, and NOK 6 million for the gritting area over the course of the contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no.
Foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that their tax and duty payments are in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration must be approved and signed by the tenderer.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence to carry out the assignments in the sub-contracts that they submit a tender for.
Documentation requirement: Description of the company's staffing and organisation with regard to delivering in accordance with the framework agreement requirements. - A description of the tenderer's available technical resources (machines and equipment) that will be available for the execution of the contract work. The description must give an account of how the tenderer's capacity will fulfil the minimum requirements for the services in the contract for the number of areas that the tenderer has submitted a tender for.

(2) Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments for the sub-contracts that they submit a tender for.
Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last three years.
The list/description must, as a minimum, include: The name of the customer/recipient, the scope of the assignment, a description of the company´s role, the assignment´s value, the delivery date, and a short description of the delivery.
