Innherred Innkjøp assists the municipalities of Snåsa, Steinkjer, (including Steinkjerbygg), Inderøy, Verdal and Levanger in entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of tools, building materials, materials and paint and accessories thereof.
Purpose of the procurement
Innherred Innkjøp shall on behalf of the listed municipalities enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of timber, tools, building materials, materials and paint products. The contract must cover the municipalities´ need for such products at the right quality, price and delivery time in the contract period.
The contracting authority mainly wants all goods delivered, but must still have the opportunity to shop physically in a shop.

The contracting authority

Innherred Innkjøp is an inter-municipal collaboration between Steinkjer, Inderøy, Snåsa, Verdal and Levanger Municipalities, which was established on 01.01.2019. Inderøy Municipality takes care of the office municipality function, and is the formal employer for employees in Innherred Innkjøp.

The inter-municipal collaboration is organised as § Section 27 collaboration with a board that consists of the municipality directors in the participating municipalities.

The aim of the collaboration is to make rational, responsible, and efficient procurements on behalf of the municipalities.

We are assisting all municipalities in the collaboration - including Steinkjerbygg in this procurement.

The contracting authority´s contact person is:

Any questions are to be sent to the contact person via the tender management tool.

There is to be no contact/communication regarding the tender contest with other persons at the contracting authority than the named contact person.

It is assumed that the selected tenderer can offer a full range of goods within the product groups included in the procurement. It is also assumed that offered goods must be of high quality in relation to technical performance, period of use, ergonomics and user-friendliness ('professional quality').

Complementary equipment; As of today, the contracting authority has electric tools / machines of various brands. If the supplier is unable to deliver additional equipment; batteries, accessories, etc. the contracting authority is free to procure these products outside the agreement.

Small procurements of insignificant value, up to NOK 50,000 per municipality per annum, shall be purchased outside the framework agreement if this is most appropriate in terms of time and the environment.

For larger projects (a value higher than NOK 100,000), the contracting authority will make requests in the market if this is considered reasonable.
