The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a permanent tenderer that can provide technical marine consultancy services in a broad technical marine field within ferry operations. The assignment is for technical marine consultancy services for the procurement of ferry services (preparation, holding the contest, and contract follow-up), as well as management and development work.
The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from tenderers.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers must confirm their fulfilment of this requirement when submitting their tender.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority:
- A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services from the last 3 years, including information on the value, extent/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the names of the public or private recipients.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.
Newly established tenderer can document that the requirement is met by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their competence in the service of other providers.
