Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Norges Bank has an option for an extension for further 1 + 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian companies: company registration certificate
• foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: tenderers must attach a certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
This requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract throughout the entire contract period.
Documentation requirement: the following documentation must be attached to the ESPD:
— a credit rating of the tenderer from a global credit rating agency or a supplier with a licence in Norway (not older than 2 months);
— annual accounts, including the annual reports for the 2 previous years;
— the auditor's report for the last 2 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to carry out the assignments.
Documentation requirement: a description and documentation of the company's competence in entries for preparedness, continuity, and crisis management and training programmes, in accordance with point 1.3.3.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have considerable experience in assisting contracting authorities with equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement: overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas (point 1.3.3) in the last 3 years within the finance sector, with the following information:
— name of customer;
— date;
— services provided;
— the scope of the services provided.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation requirement: tenderers must have three resources within each discipline (point 1.3.3). The same person can cover several professional areas.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.
Documentation requirement: a description and documentation of a quality assurance system.
If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of the valid certificate.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have a good environmental management system.
Documentation requirement: a description of the environmental management measures that have been implemented in the company.
If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
