The regulations for independent inspections have the consequence that the developer / builder is obliged to ensure that agreements are entered into with companies that must carry out independent inspections of both design as well as execution. On this basis, the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing (Norwegian: Boligbygg) wishes to enter into framework agreements for this type of assignments so that the obligation for inspections is fulfilled.
