Kort beskrivelse:
The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of waste containers, i.e., plastic containers with a lid and wheels for residual waste, food waste, cardboard/paper/cartons, and glass and metal packaging, and other equipment and material, to maintain the municipal waste collection scheme, as well as the commercial waste collection scheme that Retura Iris runs. Most of the contract is for containers with 2 and 4 wheels.

The framework agreement period will be 2 years, with an option for a 1 + 1 year extension.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
— Foreign tenderers: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service;
— the company's last annual accounts or extracts thereof, or suitable bank declarations must be attached.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments;
2) If a tenderer will rely on the capacity of other companies, the tenderer must document that they can use the required resources.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Description of up to 3 of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 2 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel performed services for another service provider.
