The objective of the framework agreement is to meet the need for consulting services in the area of visitations with supported supervision in accordance with the Children Act § 43 a for the Office for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Norwegian: Bufetat), region south and east. Framework agreements shall be entered into with one or more providers for the establishment of suitable bases with competent supervisors for visitations with supported supervision. The procurement must cover the need for region south and region east, and it is further divided geographically in sub-areas for each region. Tenders are allowed for all or parts of the assignment.
