Haugesund kommune

The Procurement Cooperation in Haugalandet intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of toys and art materials. The participating municipalities in this request are Haugesund, Bømlo, Eidfjord, Etne, Fitjar, Karmøy, Kvinnherad, Ullensvang, Stord, Suldal, Sveio, Tysnes, Tysvær, Vindafjord, Ulvik, Sauda and Bokn. The contract is for 2 years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend with 1 year + 1 year. The expected commencement is April 2021. If all extension options are used it is anticipated that the tender will have a total value of approx. NOK 16 million-NOK 20 million excluding VAT.

8.3 The tenderer´s technical and professional qualifications

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include the name of the client, a statement of the assignment value, date and contact person at the reference (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

8.4 Range

Tenderers are required to have a broad and varied range. The service provider is required to cover the need the municipalities have within the area.

Catalogues or web catalogue will be used as documentation. If the tenderer has a web catalogue it is not necessary to enclose/send the catalogue.

8.5 Environment requirements

The tenderer is required to have low environmental impact production and distribution chain.

The use of packaging requires that the tenderer is a member in a recycling scheme or fulfils the obligation through it's own recycling scheme for end treatment where packaging is taken care of in an environmentally responsible manner.

• Documented by presentation of a valid certificate/membership from for example ISO 14001, Eco-lighthouse certification, EMAS or equivalent systems. Alternatively, the tenderer can document that they will achieve this.

• Documentation of membership in Green Point Norway AS [Grønt punkt Norge AS] or equivalent recycling scheme, or a description of their own system.
