Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
• Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity. Minimum of A or equivalent
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to carry out this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts.
Completed annex 8. A description of the two most relevant equivalent contracts in the last 3 years. Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). The contracting authority must be given the authority to contact the person in question. The references will only be contacted if required.
