The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of mobile and landline telephony services for wide-ranging entities in the defence sector.
There will be a contract structure with several tenderers in order to cover the Contracting Authority's need for robust and redundant nationwide coverage.
