The main aim of this procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority always has a robust, well-functioning, and future-orientated Video Management System (VMS) with the accompanying network, as well as a system for ' Video Analytics' (VA), as part of the electronic security installations that the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) manages. Tenderers must have access to, and the rights to sell equipment and software, as well as competence in the existing installations.
The procurement will not apply for deliveries connected to the establishment of the new government quarter, but there could be a need for work on adaptations to existing installations due to the new government quarter.
