The Government's Representation Residence (RRA) has both hotel services and function premises as well as operation of the prime minister's residence. RRA is an integrated part of the visiting section in the Ministry of Foreign Affair's department for culture, business advancement and protocols. RRA has strict security guard services, and the police will be present at some events.

The use of the premises is reserved for the government, so a cabinet member must always be present. Guests are often staff of permanent officials from the various ministries, political management, royals, heads of state and important political persons at home and abroad.
