The aim of the procurement is to establish one or more framework agreements to cover UiO's ongoing need for the delivery of office furniture.
Office furniture means furniture for office workplaces (cell offices/landscape), meeting rooms, group rooms, teaching rooms, learning centres, break rooms/kitchen (except kitchen fittings and white goods), reception public areas, museums, etc.
The framework agreement will cover everything from minor ongoing orders of one or more items of furniture to major procurements for projects such as the reuse of areas and renovation/alteration of premises.
The contract also includes assembly, delivery and the return of the packaging on products bought under this contract. There may also be a need for interior design proposals from the tenderer.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company and must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian tenderers - company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the agreement.
Documentation requirement: A printout of a credit rating showing the financial ranking must be attached to the tender. A printout can be obtained from Experian or equivalent credit rating company with permission from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The credit rating should not be older than three months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be enclosed so that the contracting authority can assess different ratings up against each other.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Tenderers must have their tax and duty payments in order.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date of delivery or execution, and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this assignment, even if the experience was acquired whilst the personnel was in the service of another employer.
