From 01.09.21 Oslobygg KF became Oslo municipality's new property agency. The agency is a merger of former Omsorgsbygg, Undervisningsbygg, the development activities of Boligbygg, as well as Kultur- og idrettsbygg.

The contest is cancelled as the contracting authority was made aware that the award criterium zero emission transport was inappropriately written due to safety requirements for the transport of bio-fuel oil that provisionally seemingly only permit incineration engines to be used.
