Ruter As

Ruter has it's own legal unit that assists Ruter's organisation. In addition to the legal work performed internally by Legal services, there is a need for legal assistance from external solicitor companies that can contribute both specific expertise and additional capacity within the service types and legal areas described below.
The purpose of the procurement is to cover Ruter's need for assistance within the following legal areas:
1) Public procurements, state subsidies and competition law (it is anticipated the greatest need will be related to public procurements);
2) Contract law;
3) Judicial conditions in relation to contract work and real estate, the Plan and Building Act;
4) Company law.

The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the framework agreement on verbatim terms for a further four (4) years, one (1) year at a time. The maximum duration of the contract is until 31 May 2027.
