The procurement concerns technical shipyard services for the Norwegian Coastal Administration's vessels and equipment.
The assignments/workshop stays that there will be call-offs for under the framework agreement will cover both periodic maintenance, main and middle classing, alterations, modifications, repairs, and other assignments.
The contest is split into
sub-contract 1: Shipyard services South (estimated contract value NOK 18 000 000-25 000 000 excluding VAT); and
sub-contract 2: Shipyard Services North (estimated contract value NOK 9 000 000-15 000 000 excluding VAT).
Tenderers must have facilities and competence at a location within each geographical area. The geographical divide between North and South is Rørvik.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must be credit worthy. Documented by a credit assessment from a company licensed by the Data Inspectorate for credit rating activities. See https://www.datatilsynet.no/Sektor/Kreditt-finans-forsikring/selskaper-som-kredittvurderer. The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.

Experience from equivalent or relevant assignments/deliveries of the same scope, nature and complexity is required.
Documentation requirement: a reference list of the company's five most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years must be attached to the tender, including their values, relevance, dates and recipients. The references will be checked if necessary. The references must be given in accordance with the template that is attached to the contest.

2) Tenderers must have a quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: Tenderers are asked to document their quality assurance system, either in the form of a certificate, or alternatively a description of their internal quality assurance system. An ISO 9001 certificate from a recognised certifying authority or equivalent will be sufficient documentation. If such a certificate cannot be presented, the company must, as a minimum, document and account for their internal quality assurance system and substantiate that it is sufficient to fulfil the contract obligations.
