This framework agreement is being established to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for service and replacement of pumps in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's properties in the Viken region.

This framework agreement is for assignments that are carried out in the geographical area that is defined as the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, region Viken (not the same as Viken County). The Viken region covers the following locations: Stavern, Heistadmoen, Horten, Hønefoss, Kolsås, Sessvollmoen, Hauerseter, Nordkisa, Gardermoen, Trandum, Kjeller, Kongsvinger, Bæreia, Linderud, Lutvann, Akershusfestning, Oscarsborg, Rygge, Halden.

This contract will primarily cover the need for preventive maintenance, service, and replacements of pumps of a given size. The services include consultancy for the replacement and improvement of pumps.
There is a large number of pumps in the region that are installed for surface water, sewage, and heating and cooling installations. The heating and cooling pumps must be 1kW or larger, and are mainly in the main distribution. The pumps are from many different manufacturers. These are shown in the price sheet. The overview of the pump manufacturers in the price sheet can deviate from the actual amounts and scope.

Service visits must always comply with the valid authority requirements as regards function control and safety. In each assignment the tenderer must familiarise himself with how the pump shall function technically and follow the operational and maintenance manuals for the pumps. Service for the different pumps must cover all the manufacturer types stated in the price sheet.
