Hitra kommune v/ Oppfølgingsenheten (Hitra Municipality c/o the Follow-up Unit) wants to procure security guard services with special requirements concerning the individual security guards in relation to personal suitability, experience and competence. This means that through this contest the contracting authority will not procure general security guard services, but will procure security guard services from a company that can offer named, particularly suitable security guards (hereafter also referred to as ‘key personnel’).
