The purpose of the procurement is to ensure VAV's department of technical preparednes's (ATB) need for a framework agreement with one - 1 - contractor, on repair of road surface and base course after excavation work (does not apply to needs that are included in construction projects). Other parts of the agency can also make use of the framework agreement.
VAV works with renewal and repair of the agency's wiring and installations. Work is ongoing throughout the year and most of these take place in the city's streets, roads and sidewalks. When the work on the pipeline network and installations has been completed, there is a need to complete the work, for example by covering graves, laying cobblestones and restoring green areas.
