The framework agreement will include:
• pump station, dry sump pumps with a superstructure;
• pump station, dry sump pumps without a superstructure, but including assembly in a building;
• pump station, submerged pumps with a superstructure;
• pump station, submerged pumps without a superstructure, but including assembly in a building;
• smaller pump stations, submerged pumps without a superstructure, but with a service cupboard and automation cupboard;
• private pump stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and up to 10 residential units.
Delivery of:
• pump sump separate from a superstructure;
• pump sump under a building;
• tube well/pump well under a superstructure;
• pumps with further specified operating point;
• piping and valves/equipment;
• superstructure with equipment;
• sealed overflow tank with emptying function;
• parts in accordance with the parts list;
• frequency transformer. Pump smart or equivalent.
All deliveries must be in accordance with the requirements specification in chapter 5 in the tender documentation.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 30 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 1 year plus 1 year in addition to the 24-month duration (mentioned above).

Renewal as mentioned above. The total contract length is 24 + 12 + 12 months, which gives a total of 48 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
2) Tenderers must fulfil their tax and VAT payment obligations.
Any arrears may lead to rejection. Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of 'credit worthy'.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must attach a credit rating to their tender from a certified credit rating agency verifying that the tenderer complies with the requirement. The credit assessment must be based on the last available accounting figures. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have experience from minimum three relevant assignments regarding deliveries of sewage pump stations to a public contracting authority;
2) A well-functioning quality assurance system is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant assignments the last 3 (three) years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries' value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The references will only be contacted if required. Tenderers must be able to document that they have delivered at least three equivalent sewage pump stations with dry sump and submerged pumps and negative intake pressures in the last 3 years, which are currently in operation.

Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.
2) A statement of the company’s quality assurances/management system.
