Trondheim kommune [Trondheim Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with entry into a framework agreement for purchase of printed and digital teaching aids to the municipality’ entities, as well as a web-based tool for purchase, over, student and teacher display and administration of licenses.
