The contracting authority for this procurement is Grenlandkommunenes innkjøpsenhet (GKI). GKI is a procurement collaboration for 6 municipalities and 16 municipal and inter-municipal companies and other public organisations in Grenland. The Grenland collaboration is organised in accordance with the Local Government Act, Section 27. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to cover the contracting authority's need for mobile telephones and additional equipment for employees in the municipalities, associated inter-municipal companies, and municipal companies that are a member of the Grenland collaboration.
