Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracting authority has an option to extend for 1 + 1 (year), so that the total duration of the contract can be maximum 4 years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
In addition to the contracting authorities, 16 companies have the right to join the contract. The companies will individually have the opportunity to enter into the contract by submitting a written notification to the tenderer during the contract period, including options for extension. The companies must have the same price and contract terms as the contracting authorities.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
To be given in the ESPD.
To be documented upon request:
• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have minimum rating A or equivalent.

To be documented upon request:
• Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position by presenting a declaration from a financial institution on surety.

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and resource to implement the contract, including being able to deliver to several entities throughout Grenland.
Documentation requirement:

To be documented upon request:
• a description of the requested capacity;
• an overview of the tenderer’s work force;
• a description of the proportion of the contract and which areas the tenderer expects to engage a sub-supplier for.
Tenderers must have relevant experience from equivalent deliveries to those described in tender documentation, including:
— customers with a large geographical spread,
— extensive number of delivery locations.
Tenderers must have good experience from the execution of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.
To be given in the ESPD.
A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
The list/description must, as a minimum, contain:
• name of customer/recipient;
• scope of the assignment;
• description of the company's role;
• the assignment´s value;
• delivery dates;
• a brief description of the delivery.
Annex 5 can be used.
