The contracting authority would like tenders for leasing vehicles, fleet services and fleet administration services for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal Municipalities.

The framework agreement will, amongst other things, include:

— leasing vehicles;

— fleet administration services.

Fleet services such as:

— insurance services;

— collecting and bringing service;

— vehicle decor;

— tyre changes and tyre hotel.

• Internal and external washing

— fuel contract;

— reporting systems.

— etc.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Minimum requirements for the qualification requirements:

Documented by a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The rating must be four or better.

Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will obtain a credit rating itself from www.experian.no. If a company is newly founded, financial solidity can be shown in another way.

Reference assignments:

Tenderers have, in the reference period, carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and can take experience from the period before the last 3 years into consideration.

Minimum requirements for the qualification requirements:

Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Quality assurance standards:

Can tenderers present certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the specified quality standards, including the requirement for universal design?

Tenderers must substantiate or give a description of their quality assurance system. An ISO certificate or another 3rd party quality standard can be also attached.

Environmental management standards:

Is the tenderer in a position to submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer meets the specified environmental management systems or standards?

A description of the company’s routines and systems in relation to environmental management. If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent 3
