Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)

Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning (NND) shall decommission Norwegian nuclear activities in a safe and cost-effective manner. One step in the work is that the nuclear division in the Department of Energy Technology (IFE) shall be transferred to NND.
NND and IFE therefor jointly need to develop new IT infrastructure that is an addition to the current infrastructure at IFE. NND will therefore need to purchase new equipment that can easily be integrated with parts of IFE's current IT infrastructure.
The call for tenders concerns a framework agreement with NND for the purchase of IT infrastructure with associated support and maintenance. The framework agreement period is 4 years and the estimated value is NOK 50 000 000 for the 4 year the agreement may apply.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer must enter into an attached security agreement (Appendix 1, annex 3), and the tenderer must, if necessary, be approved by the Norwegian security authorities (cf. the Security Act § 9-2).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

The tenderer must be able to offer sufficient personnel during the contract period that can be authorized for limited in accordance with the Security Act.
