This is a framework agreement for hotel accommodation for the Police. ‘Police’ means entities subsidiary to Politidirektoratet (the Directorate of Police), special units and other entities. A more detailed description of who the contract applies to is given in Appendix 1 and 4.
The client need for hotel accommodation arises when the client's employees, or contractors, need to book planned and non-planned travel in Norway. The need for overnight accommodation can also arise when the client books travel for others at the client's cost.
Hotel accommodation can vary from a short-term stay to a long-term stay that stretches over multiple nights. A long-term stay is here defined as a stay of four (4) continuous nights or more.
Regardless of when the need arises, the primary for the client will always consists of a clean, pleasant, spacious and furnished hotel room, with access to a private bathroom of good standard.
