Tysvær Municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for excavation assignments with two tenderers.
The framework agreements will cover excavation assignments in Tysvær Municipality, e.g., including but not limited to water and sewage and assignments with excavations for shafts for environmental engineering examinations, as well as possibilities for surface maintenance and ditching at landfill sites and excavation assignments on properties managed by Tysvær Municipality.
When awarding assignments, the best tenderer will be asked first, and if this tenderer cannot deliver, th enquiry will go to tenderer no. 2.

Kort beskrivelse:
Tysvær Municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers for the hire of excavators with operators, as well as for transporting matter for:
— footpaths/picnic places/parks,
— play areas,
— surface water measures — both preventive and for the consequences (damages) of floods,
— cable ditches for street lights,
— turn-outs for water leaks,
— improvements to leaks in the waste water network,
— assist with the establishment of zone meters in the municipal drinking water network,
— replacement of bad/old water manholes that are full of water,
— minor operational and maintenance assignments for water and sewage, etc.,
— damage limitation from pollution. Minor ground work.
The contracting authority uses eBevis in this contest. eBevis enables the contracting authority to electronically obtain information that documents fulfilment of the qualification requirements connected to a company registration certificate and financial capacity, and that there are no grounds for rejection due to taxes and duties. The contracting authority can get access to company information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre and arrears from the Norwegian Tax Authority.
