NVE) [the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Administration] wants to enter into a framework agreement with only one supplier for delivery of servers, storage and network equipment. We will continually replace equipment as needed in local computer rooms, throughout the entire contract period.
All the equipment should be covered by a service agreement. More information about the purpose and scope of the procurement is in the Requirement Specification annex.
The value of the agreement calculated over a possible four-year period is estimated at between NOK 10,000,000 and NOK 15,000,000 (excluding VAT) based on previous purchases. Call offs can be made for a maximum value of NOK 25,000,000 (excluding VAT). The maximum value is set this high to be able to take into account whether extra funds are allocated and NVE will be assigned new tasks in the years to come. These figures are estimates and do not represent any obligation for purchase.
