Framework agreement for Counting Equipment

Trondheim Kommune

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a contract in the project 'Framework Agreement Counting Equipment'. Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical, and financial basis required to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent work for the execution of the above-mentioned contract work in accordance with the tender documentation.
The contest will be held via the municipality's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and submitting tenders must go via the tender management tool (KGV).

Kort beskrivelse:
There is a need for counting equipment, both for permanent counting points and temporary counting points. The procurement also includes a contract for the assembly, operation, and maintenance/service of the counting equipment.
The framework agreement includes an option for the procurement of permanent and mobile counting equipment that can register vehicles in addition to pedestrians and cyclists. The counters will be used in streets with a complicated traffic situation, where several road user groups use the same area, and where road users move in several different directions. The equipment will, amongst other things, be used in major street projects in order to map traffic in before-situations in order to get the best possible knowledge basis of what the current traffic situation is.

The aim of the framework agreement is to obtain data on the number of pedestrians and cyclists from selected interface in Trondheim. The data will be used as background data for, amongst other things, environment calculations, traffic analyses, statistical purposes, and for assessing measures on the current foot and cycle path network.
