Framework agreement for consulting engineering and architect services

A framework agreement will be entered into for the purchase of consulting engineer and architect services, as well as project management and construction management. See the tender documentation for further information.
The contest has the following purpose:
-To ensure the municipalities’ access to assistance for project and construction management as well as engineer and architect services in order to implement quality assurance of new construction, building-development and maintenance of the properties the municipalities manage..
- To ensure the municipalities have the opportunity to obtain necessary engineer and architect services in connection with the design of plans for land use according to the Planning and Building Act, area models, necessary studies in relation to planning processes, feasibility studies etc.
The projects are of varying nature, size, cost, duration and degree of difficulty.
Up to five framework agreements will be entered into within each of the five main areas listed below (sub-contracts).
