The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements in order to cover the contacting authority’s need consultancy services within geo assistance. The contracting authority needs assistance with geotechnical advice and engineering design services, independent inspections (pbl) of engineering design services, and independent quality assurance of avalanche and landslide safety reviews.
The framework agreement will also include general geo assistance. This includes, amongst other things, professional discussions and advice, which is not necessarily reported.
The contracting authority will, as a starting point, make separate procurements of ground surveys, but in cases where progress and capacity is critical, ground surveys and laboratory services can also be procured under this framework agreement.

Geo assistance means advice and engineering design services in the following disciplines:
— geotechnics;
— engineer geology — mountain.
For further information about the procurement contents, please refer to Part II of Annex 1, the contracting authority's requirements specification.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 24 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
1 + 1 year. The contracting authority can also extend the contract for a period that is shorter than 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
In addition to the contracting authorities stated in the tender documentation, part I point 1.1, the following companies will also have an option to use the contract:
• GREP Grenland AS;
• Delecto AS;
• Grenland Havn IKS;
• Renovasjon Grenland IKS;
• Grenland brann og redning IKS;
• Skien Fritidspark KF;
• Kragerø Havnevesen KF;
• KEOPS KF;
• Bamble Church Council;
• Drangedal Church Council;
• Kragerø Church Council;
• Porsgrunn Church Council;
• Siljan Church Council;
• Skien Church Council;
• Skien Municipal Pension Fund;
• Porsgrunn boligstiftelse.
These are 16 companies that are part of the Grenland Collaboration. The companies will each have an option to join the contract by giving written notification to the tenderer in the contract period, including options for an extension. The companies must have the same price and contract terms as the contracting authorities mentioned in the tender documentation point 1.1.

Tenderers must verify that they have minimum 1 geotechnical engineering consultant available for call-offs under this contract;

2) Tenderers must have the required technical and professional qualifications within geotechnics and engineering geology to carry out the requested services. Tenderers must have also carried out contracts of a similar nature, complexity / degree of difficulty and scope/size. Experience with a project in quick clay is required;
