The contract includes carpentry and concrete works discipline, mainly for municipal buildings managed by Arendal eiendom KF. Smaller new buildings can also be part of the assignments included in the agreement, if the contracting authority deems it appropriate. Arendal municipality, Arendal eiendom KF, Arendal Havn KF, as well as Arendal Kirkelige Fellesråd shall also have options for entering into the framework agreement. The framework agreement shall include maintenance of the municipality's buildings, alterations and additions to existing buildings.
