The intention of the framework agreement is to see to Statsbygg's need for consultant engineering services and architect services in the Vestland area.

The projects under the framework agreement will mainly be engineering design services for renovation and alteration projects, but there can also be developments and minor new buildings. The contract will also include the preparation of feasibility studies, condition analyses, and general advice.

Statsbygg's buildings mainly consists of public buildings. The properties can be listed and it can be necessary to keep them whilst the renovation or alteration work is ongoing.

Assignments under this framework agreement will mainly be for projects with a project cost under NOK 20 000 000.

Large projects are not included in this contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to declare liability for development class 3, cf. Case 10 section 13-5 for engineering designers for the following disciplines:

Architecture

Construction Safety

Building physics

Sanitary installations

Fire-safety concept

Extinguishing installations

Documentation that shows that the tenderer has the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to carry out measures that fall under the function, development class, and certification area as stated in the requirement.Documentation that shows that the tenderer has the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to carry out measures that fall under the function, development class, and certification area as stated in the requirement for the discipline.

Or documentation of central certification for the function, development class and certification area as stated in the requirement for the discipline.

Tenderers are required to have good experience from assignments of comparable value.

Engineering design services for renovations and alterations (cf. Point 2.1 General above)
