The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for one or several times up to a further 2 years, to a total of maximum four (4) years.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The required financial capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk, and duration.

Documentation: a credit rating from an approved credit rating agency based on the last fiscal figures. The credit rating must not be more than 3 months old from the deadline for submitting requests to participate in the contest. The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history. Or annual accounts for the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

I) Requirement: tenderers must have good experience with the implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments as regards the contract area.

Documentation: a list with an overview and a description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.

The list/description must, as a minimum, contain:

— name of customer/recipient,

— scope of assignment,

— description of the company's role,

— the value of the assignment,

— the delivery date,

— a brief description of the delivery.

II) Requirement: tenderers must have implemented and have good routines for quality control and HSE.

Documentation: Documentation must be given in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: Description of the company's

Implemented routines for quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance,

Resource management, management responsibility, continual improvement and HSE.

Alternative 2: If a tenderer has an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent,

This will be sufficient to document that the requirement is fulfilled.
