Kort beskrivelse
The intention is to procure consultancy and engineering design services that will cover BYM and VAV's needs in accordance with the execution responsibility in the town development areas. The services will vary in size and scope from year to year and will consist of, amongst other things, the preparation of draft projects, preliminary projects, construction schedules, tender documentation for both turnkey contracts and execution contracts, development plans/building applications, as well as professional advice and coordination of private and public plans at all levels within the town development areas. In addition, the procurement includes the preparation of VPKL for PBE's area plan work. See Annex 2, Requirements Specification.
