Framework Agreement Concerning the Purchase of Loose Masses and the Delivery of Filling Masses

Stavanger kommune

Through this competition, the contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement concerning the delivery of loose masses and the delivery of filling masses to construction projects that are being carried out internally.
As transport is a major cost factor for the products, the municipality wishes to enter into two framework agreements. One agreement will apply when the municipality collects/delivers the products from/to the supplier by using own vehicles (sub-contract 1). The other framework agreement will apply when the supplier delivers the products to the construction site and also collects filling masses for return (sub-contract 2). The same supplier may be awarded both contracts.
For projects at Rennesøy, Finnøy, Austre Åmøy, Vassøy or other islands with only ferry connection, separate project enquiries will be sent out. Stavanger municipality also reserves the right to hold a competition for deliveries to special individual projects.
