Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept. The procurement of follow-up Horten is for the service area Horten, with delivery at a central location in Horten Municipality. The service location must be easily accessible by public transport.
The estimated constant requirement for initiative places is 50 - 100 parallel individual places (with the exception of the first 6 months).
The framework agreement will come into force on 01.01.2022 and will be valid for 2 (two) years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 1 (one) year.
The maximum value of the procuremnet for the maximum duration of 3 years is estimated to be NOK 22 million.
