The purpose of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for flowers for various occasions, these are for example anniversaries, birthdays, cheering up during illness, burials/funerals etc. The appearance of the different flowers must reflect the occasion and time of year.

The deliveries will primarily be to the Contracting Authority's premises. The Contracting Authority is organised with many entities, and this contract will apply to approx. 330 delivery addresses.. The entities are among other things, schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, cultural institutions and administration etc.

Deliveries to private addresses in Nordre Follo Municipality and the surrounding municipalities will also be relevant, as well as the rest of the nation.
A number of bouquets, arrangement etc. are listed in the price form. It is anticipated that these variations will cover the majority of the Contracting Authority's need for flowers during the contract period.
