The Medical Biochemistry Department, Ålesund would like to procure a flowcytometer for the analysis of CD4+- and CD8+- lymphocytes in full blood. We would also like to be able to analyse CD3+ lymphocytes, CD61+ thrombocytes, and foetal erythrocytes in the mother's circulation in full blood.
The analysis instrument will primarily be used to analyse lymphocytes in full blood. If it is possible, analyses could be done on other body fluids on the delivered instrument.
The instrument must be easy to use.
It must be possible to use the offered product in medical diagnostics and treatment, and it must be IVDR certified in accordance with Norwegian legislation and the regulations that apply at any one time.
