Lillestrøm Municipality will establish a new full time fire station for Nedre Romerike Fire and Rescue Service (NRBR) in Sørumsand to the east of Glomma.
The fire station will be built as a climate ambitious fire station. Lillestrøm Municipality cooperates with Cleancon to promote the use of zero-emission work machines. This project will be a demonstration construction site for Cleancon.

Extension options:
1) Climbing plants with wire on facades;
2) Glass roof over the atrium, built as the remaining outer roof;
3) Moss walls;
4) Solar panels on the roof over the vehicle hall will be completely removed;
5) Bicycle parking;
6) Emission-free site machinery;
7) Sports floor in the climbing tower. Can be delivered with a rough concrete surface;

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: See the tender documentation and annexes.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Tenderers must have an annual average turnover of minimum NOK 140 million excluding VAT in the last 3 years.
When assessing the tenderer's financial and economic position, the contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment from Dun and Bradstreet Norge AS.

Quality Assurance System
Requirement: tenderers must have a quality system suited to the content of the contract.
Environmental management
Requirement: tenderers must have a satisfactory environmental management system suited to the content of the contract.

Certificates

Reference project — zero-emission construction site
Tenderers must be able to refer to a reference project where zero-emission site machinery was used. The use of zero-emission
Machinery must make up minimum 20 % of the total hours on the project within the construction site.
