Stavanger kommune

Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg Municipalities, hereafter called the Contracting Authorities, would like to collect tenders for filters and ventilation equipment, materials, and associated services.
The framework agreement will ensure that the municipalities have reliable access to ventilation equipment, materials, and associated services, as well as high quality ventilation and air filters that are energy and environmentally efficient and ensure a healthy inside environment at competitive prices.
The contest consists of
Sub-contract 1: filter procurement, delivery and return; and
Sub-contract 2: ventilation equipment, materials, and associated services.
Clarification:
Sola Municipality is not participating in sub-contract 1.
Randaberg Municipality is the only municipality for sub-contract 2 that will have tenders for a fixed annual service contract for ventilation installations, which also includes an annual change of filters. Note that the procurement of filters here are not included in sub-contract 2, but in sub-contract 1.
The Contracting Authorities will choose one tenderer for each of the two sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one sub-contract or for both.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) Presentation of a tax certificate;

2) Registered in a trade register or company register: be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement: the Contracting Authority will obtain information on the tenderer's company from Experian. See the tender documentation for detailed information.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Technical and professional qualifications:

4) requirement: experience is required from relevant assignments in the last 3 years within filters (sub-contract 1) and ventilation (sub-contract 2).

Documentation requirements: tenderers must, upon request, present a list of the most important relevant assignments in the last three (3) years.

5) Documentation requirement: tenderers must present the company's organisational plan and the company's total staffing, as well as an overview of the persons in the company that will have responsibility for this assignment;

6) Documentation requirement (only applies to sub-contract 1: filter): the contact person at the tenderer must have ventilation education and experience from relevant work within filter deliveries in the last 5 years;

7) Documentation requirement (only applies to sub-contract 2: ventilation): the Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer is a master company/master registered, or has equivalent competence;

8) Documentation requirement (only applies to sub-contract 2: ventilation): tenderers must have central certification in development class 2, or document that certification in development class 2 can be achieved;

9) Documentation requirement: tenderer must have an environmental management system that guarantees that the tenderer is able to comply with the environmental requirements given in the tender documentation and the contractual obligations;
