Lier Municipality would like to procure a framework agreement for external notification reception centre services with a digital notification portal. The external notification reception centre will receive and assess incoming notifications of matters worthy of criticism, as well as manage the municipality's notification secretariat.
The framework agreement will be valid from 1 August 2021-1 August 2023 with an option for further extensions for 2 years. 1 year + 1 year. The contracting authority will have the unilateral right to take up the option.
We would like a tenderer that offers notification reception centre services and a portal, which includes receiving notifications from coworkers and elected persons. We would like an option to include a notification reception centre that is also open for inhabitants.

Estimert totalverdi: 4 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:

Based on experience from the last 3 years of a notification reception centre that includes employees and elected persons, the expectation is approx. 2-5 notifications a year. The volume is estimated to NOK 2 000 000 over a 4-year period. The volume for this contract is estimated on the basis of statistics and accounting figures for equivalent procurements in previous years. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate that is not binding for the contracting authority.

The notification reception centre must enable notifications of matters worthy of criticism in accordance with the Working Environment Act's provisions. This means, for example: danger to life and health, risk to the climate and environment, corruption, or other financial criminality, misuse of authority, irresponsible working environment or breaches of personal information security.

The option includes the reception of notifications from inhabitants in addition to employees and elected persons. These have not been included in the system so far, but we estimate that the volume will be NOK 2 000 000 over 4 years. The option can be taken up throughout the entire contract period.
