… consists of, amongst other things:

1) Injection procedures and securing procedures;

2) Probing;

3) Drilling injection screens;

4) Post-injection;

5) Measuring water that leaks into the tunnels and measuring water quality;

6) Measuring ground water and subsiding;

7) Filling openings between rock and concrete segments with matter;

8) Concrete quality;

9) Injection materials;

10) Water and frost protection;

11) Quality challenges with quick clay;

12) Quality challenges with alum slate;

13) Prepare notes (including ROS analyses);

14) Gather experience from other projects;

15) Analyse ground water movements;

16) Carry out quality assurance, including testing materials;

17) Carry out audits;

18) Assess the risk of subsidence in constructions;

19) Assess securing methods for rock with shotcrete/arches/bolts, etc.

20) Hold injection and rock securing seminars with relevant contractors and the builder and to follow-up and inspect executed work.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years on verbatim terms. VAV also has the right to extend the contract on the same terms if the project is delayed, and for any later need for assistance in legal disputes or claims after the project has been completed.

Requirement:

The tenderer's tax and VAT payments must be in order.

Documentation requirement:

• Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate

The contracting authority will obtain the company registration certificate itself from brreg.no.

• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have finances to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

• The contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment/rating from Creditsafe.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have experience with technical consultancy services for the planning and follow-up of:

— injection procedures,

— drilling probing holes,

— drilling injection screens,

— rock securing procedures,

— movements in the ground water level,

— quality of and testing materials used in the work,

— preparation of technical notes for the above,

— audits of the executed work for the above,

— geotechnical advice.

Documentation requirement:

• an overview of relevant work carried out in the last 3 years. VAV will also take into consideration relevant deliveries or services carried out more than 3 years ago. The overview must state the date of execution, the assignment value and name of the contracting authority.
