The intention of the procurement is to establish UV treatment of fresh intake water at the station in a separate building. The general requirement for UV treatment is 99.99 % inactivation of IPN virus. The general principle for the building is described, but it must be adapted for the actual UV installation that is chosen and adapted to the requirements for operation and access, which are described in the requirements specification.

Drawings must be prepared for the building that can be used for the building application. Nofima has applied for an exemption from the LNF area as the chosen area is not regulated in accordance with Sunndal Municipality's area plan. The building will be located on Statkraft's property, and they have confirmed that it will be worked into the existing contracts as regards conveying ground water. See the attached site plan for the location.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Nofima reserves the right to request additional documentation for the tenderer's economic and financial position in connection with evaluating with the qualification requirement is met.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.

The list must include a statement of the deliveries´ value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.
