Nordland fylkeskommune (Nordland County) invites tenderers to participate in a contest for engineering design and builder representative for Sandnessjøen videregående skole (Sandnessjøen Sixth Form College).
The project is anticipate to start during spring/summer 2021. The draft project will be developed against a complete tender documentation with the purpose of announcing a contest for a turnkey contract (NS8407). The announcement will occur during the first quarter of 2022. Construction start is anticipated to be spring/summer 2022. Anticipated completion is 2023.
The construction project will contain replacement of modular buildings as well as some additional areas (see the current room program attached). Area limit is approx. 500 m built as a single storey. Foundations will be prepared for possible future addition of a second storey.

The building is planned against the existing building (see attached map).

The tender must contain the necessary delivery of the draft project in a planning phase up until a tender documentation for a turnkey contract (as described in the service description below). The tender must safeguard RIB, RIE, RIV, ARK and the RIBr need in the planning phase. The RIB function will function as a project coordinator in the planning phase.

After engaging the turnkey contractor, RIB, RIE, RIV and RIBr will change to a builder's representative function as described in the service description (ARK will not be continued). The main builder representative must have their main competence within the RIB discipline.

IT will be possible for the service provider to have sub-contractors in RIE, RIV, RIBr and ARK.
