Information about the procurement: The contracting authority wants tenders for the procurement of endoscopy equipment to be used in Stavanger University Hospital, Stavanger Hospital Trust. The procurement contract will be used for replacements of and supplements for the current equipment. The procurement contract will be valid for the equipment's lifetime.
The contracting authority plans to procure three complete endoscopy racks with accessories in 2022.
The contracting authority would like tenders for an option for the procurement of 15 endoscopy racks with accessories, as well as various scopes. Option for an upgrade to 4K, 3D and Service. See Annex 1 - Price Sheet for the complete list and further details. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification for a more detailed description.
NB: the requirement specification has changed since the first notice and the need is also somewhat changes for the Urology Department.

The equipment must be installed at Stavanger University Hospital in Stavanger Hospital Trust. The budget limits and organisation of operations for the new SUS are somewhat uncertain. There is relatively large degree of uncertainty as regards taking up the options. The listed options are therefore weighted with 30% in the evaluation.

The options for the procurement of equipment/products will be valid for 8 years. The equipment must be installed at Stavanger University Hospital in Stavanger Hospital Trust.
