1) Maintenance of buildings with installations.
2) Alterations/replacements in buildings with installations.
3) Renovation/upgrades of buildings with installations, including outdoor areas (for example, parks, squares).
4) Fire/vandalism/water damage in buildings

Estimert totalverdi: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
Two contracts will be awarded from this notice. One contract for low current and one for heavy current.
Parallel framework agreements will be established with 3 tenderers for each field (low and heavy currents). Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both fields. If a tender is submitted for both, the price sheet must be submitted for both fields. (See annex 1 Price Sheet Electrician Services and Accompanying Materials - Heavy Current and Annex 2 Price Sheet Electrician Services and Accompanying Materials - Low Current.

During call-offs under the contract, the contracting authority will first ask tenderer no. 1, if they cannot carry out the assignment supplier no 2, etc., will be asked. .
The contracting authority reserves the right to hold mini-competitions between the tenderers under the framework agreement if the total cost of an assignment is expected to exceed NOK 500,000 excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will also be able to carry out electrical work themselves, in such cases the municipality will have the option to procure electrical material from the tenderer.
The annual scope is estimated to be approx. NOK 5 million. excluding VAT. The volume will vary from year to year and there are no guarantees for the stated volume.
Procurements for more than NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT, can be held outside the contract and announced as separate contests.
New buildings or larger reconstruction work will be subject to separate contracting. These framework agreements will not, therefore, apply in these cases.
Goods and services that have already been ordered under the existing framework agreement will be fulfilled and kept separate from this contract.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Minimum requirements for qualification
Documented by: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a branch or company register as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Sufficient economic and financial capacity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic ability to implement the contract. Documentation: Presentation of the company's annual accounts (the most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, incl. the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to request preliminary figures after the latest annual report, as well as financial statements for the two previous years if this is found necessary. For newly established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted. Sole proprietorships must submit their last business assignment.

Norwegian tenderers must submit certificates for paid Tax and VAT. The tax certificates must not be more than six months old from the expiry of the tender deadline. Environmental management measures
The tenderer can utilise the following environmental management measures in connection with the implementation of the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers are required to have environmental management certification in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001, or Eco-lighthouse or other approved certified environmental management. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document that other certification is equivalent.
