Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority will obtain credit ratings from Bisnode Norge.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have adequate financial solidity to fulfil the contract. Short overview of the personnel who will be used for fulfilment of assignments under the framework agreement. The number of service vehicles equipped and fitted out for the purpose. Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence to fulfil the assignment in a professionally satisfactory way, as well as being able to give the contracting authority advice within their discipline. Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers will document at least three persons in the company who have a certificate of apprenticeship as an electrician. This can for example e done by submitting CVs for relevant personnel. Tenderers must document that at least one person in the company has a relevant master or bachelor degree or 2-year education as a vocational college technician with the relevant certificate of apprenticeship. A list with an overview of equivalent assignments during the previous 3 years. As a minimum the list must contain: Name of customer, contract value and scope (number of hours) Date of the delivery/assignment. Brief description of the delivery (What function the tenderer had in the project and what makes this relevant to this procurement). The tenderer can document experience by referring to competence of the personnel at the tenderer's disposal and that can be used for this assignment, even if the experience was developed while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The framework agreement contains requirements concerning wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with wages and working conditions regulations of 8 February 2008 no. 112. At the latest one month after entering into the contract, the service provider must sent in a self-reporting form on wages and working conditions. The framework agreement contains requirements that the service provider adheres to the ILO core conventions. The contracting authority will follow-up adherence to the conventions throughout the contract period. See the framework agreement point 2.12
