Elverum Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for cleaning services for cleaning areas adjoining Elverum swimming pool, such as changing rooms, toilets, corridors, showers, and other areas that naturally come under this. The actual pool area is not included in the framework agreement.
The work will be carried out in accordance with a prepared work plan in Jonathan Clean and it will include periodical cleaning, window cleaning, and spring cleaning, as well as machine cleaning.

The work will be carried out in accordance with a prepared work plan in Jonathan Clean and it will include periodical cleaning, window cleaning, and spring cleaning, as well as machine cleaning.

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure professional cleaning personnel to cover the contracting authority's requirements for the described cleaning services.

The working hours will be from 21:30, Monday to Sunday.

The scope of the contest is cleaning the swimming pool every night, 48 weeks a year. This involves 5 hours work every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

The framework agreement's maximum value is set to NOK 3,200,000 excluding VAT.

The scope can vary with the use of Elverum swimming pool and political decisions. The stated volume is based on historical figures. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
